There are so many ways you can get involved in serving the community of Lockport alongside us.  We at Legacy love to see people getting connected to community and involved in bringing Kingdom to others.  Whether it be by serving at a local soup kitchen, handing out bottles of water at an event, or just praying for people the run into.  One of the best ways you can start to serve is through the church.  We can always use help ensuring a Sunday service runs well so we can keep meeting to become Kingdom Building Disciples to eventually impact our community and our nation.

Michelle works to ensure Sundays mornings run smoothly.  She is able to get you involved in the church wherever you fit best!  She has a heart for seeing everyone grow into the best they can be as they walk in imaging Jesus.

Volunteer FAQ

How do I volunteer?

We have many opportunities for attenders to volunteer with the church.  From greeting, to making coffee, serving on the worship team or teaching our kids.  If you are interested in getting involved, you can click the sign up to serve button to contact our Sunday leader.

How do I volunteer with kids?

Legacy kids are our future.  We are so excited to teach them the wonders of God as we learn them.  If you feel called to be a part of their learning, we would love for you to get in touch with our Children's ministry leader.  Just click the sign up to serve button above.

How do I volunteer with music?

Are you talented in playing an instrument and/or singing?  Worship is one of our favorite things at Legacy and we would love to have you try out to play on stage with us!  If you are interested, you can click the sign up to serve button to contact our worship leader.

How do I volunteer with students?

Our youth group meets bi-weekly during the main church service to connect with each other and the youth pastor.  If you have a heart to get involved with helping with youth, you can contact our youth leader by clicking the sign up to serve button above.
